Moving Meditation Yoga
A gentle flow class that encourages you to slow down and listen to your own inner wisdom. Amanda blends techniques from yin, Kripalu, and restorative yoga to create a quiet flow class focused on going at your breath-pace, noticing what it’s like to be in your own body, and using that awareness to heal and rejuvenate. All levels of experience – from beginner to advanced – can find something worthwhile in this class.
Yoga Nidra
Known as ‘yogic sleep,’ yoga nidra is performed lying down with minimal movement. Similar to guided meditation, Amanda will take you through a journey within – encouraging slower brain wave frequencies that foster deep rest and the body’s ability to heal and rejuvenate.

Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on the floor. Wearing comfortable exercise wear, clients are placed into yogic postures and passively stretched to increase flexibility and relaxation - and generally feel great!
